Meet Sarah
Hi there! Are you struggling with anxiety, depression or your mental health? Ready to work through some of your underlying issues? Or have you tried talk therapy before and are looking for something different? I am ready to help you dig deep and move through your current struggles.
My work history, training, and personal therapeutic journey have prepared me to walk alongside clients, collaborating and co-creating the therapy experience to meet their unique goals. I believe you are the expert in your own life, and my role is to help guide you in uncovering your inherent inner wisdom and ability to heal.
I am passionate about working with LGBTQIA+ individuals and those who have felt traditional herapy hasn’t worked for them in the past, and members of the law enforcement community. I’m currently in my last year of the MSW program at Utah State University. I have specialized training in brainspotting (Level 1) and have received extensive training in psychodrama and other experiential methods, with additional training planned for this year.
When I’m not working with clients, I’m busy being a mom, weightlifting, walking and hiking, reading, doing puzzles, snuggling my dogs, and catching up with friends. Living in Utah provides a fantastic backdrop for outdoor activities, and I love taking full advantage of it.
I’m here to support you on your journey to uncover your strengths and achieve meaningful change. Schedule today and take the first step towards a transformative therapeutic experience.
