Meet KT
I’m passionate about helping children, teens, and families navigate life’s challenges, from trauma and neurodiversity to early childhood development. My approach is rooted in understanding the unique experiences of both children and caregivers, offering support for issues like attachment, anxiety, and identity exploration. Through play and art, I create a safe, nurturing space where kids can express themselves freely while working closely with caregivers to strengthen their bonds and foster mutual joy.
Specializing in Infant and Early Childhood Mental Health, I blend therapeutic approaches to support children from birth to 12 years old. Whether using Play Therapy or other trauma-informed methods, my goal is to help children feel secure, explore their emotions, and build thriving relationships. For caregivers, I provide guidance to nurture secure attachments and a deep sense of connection with their child.
I also work with adults navigating trauma, anxiety, and major life transitions. Whether you're exploring personal growth, identity, or relational challenges, I offer a supportive, non-judgmental space to unpack your experiences at your own pace. Together, we’ll chart a course toward healing and empowerment.
From guiding families through life's transitions to supporting individuals seeking healing and clarity, I’m here with compassion, understanding, and tailored care to help you thrive.
