About Jenn Griswold, DNP, AGPCNP-BC, PMHNP-BC, ACHPN

I am a versatile Adult-Gerontology Primary Care and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with an extensive background in various areas of healthcare. I began her academic journey by earning my Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Boise State University, then went on to complete my Master of Science in Nursing at Maryville University. I further advanced my expertise with a Post-Master's certification as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions.

Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center and the Hospice Palliative Credentialing Center, I am able to bring a broad range of expertise to help patients. My career spans multiple specialties, including mental health, geriatrics, primary care for adults with developmental disabilities, case management and evaluations for pediatrics with developmental disabilities, home health, hospice, and family practice. This diverse expertise allows me to provide comprehensive care to a wide range of patients, ensuring holistic, patient-centered care across all of my roles.

I like to approach care with a holistic approach and enjoy constantly learning. In my free time, I like to go boating, thrifting and fishing with the family I found and the family I created.
