Therapist Matchmaker, Receptionist
Purple Sky Counseling specializes in trauma and anxiety; in helping clients find healing and support. Our team is looking for a therapist matchmaker, aka Receptionist, to join our team.
We value every interaction with our clients and are seeking someone that has great customer service skills and has the ability to work closely with a team. We are looking for someone who is friendly, consistent and organized.

Currently this job is a part time position, 10-15 hours per week, with the capacity to grow over time.

Receptionist Responsibilities:
Jobs
Help incoming clients find the right therapist for their needs
Return all calls and emails within 24 business hours
Set up initial appointments and support therapists in filling their schedules.
Manage schedules for regular team meetings and training.
Collect all required paperwork, creating charts for patients, updating agreements, ROI’s, and consents
Work with the Office Manager on other administrative tasks as needed
Expectations:
Participate as appropriate in staff meetings.
Able to maintain strict confidentiality in all matters.
Ability to learn new skills quickly
Capacity to manage incoming and outgoing emails and calls
In-office for 5-6 hours per week, Murray location - 672 E Vine St.
Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and administrative skills, able to plan and manage multiple tasks in a timely manner.
Good computer skills, familiar with Google and gmail office, Simple Practice, billing/credentialing experience a plus
Strong relational, interpersonal, and telephone skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multi-task environment and maintain a positive attitude in the midst of change.
Reports to: Office Manager
Salary: $15-17 per hour
Benefits include: flexible hours, mix between virtual and in-office expectations, ability to grow into a full time position with other benefits
