Seeking a Passionate Therapist specializing in Healing, Connection and Relationships

Hi, I’m Cassidy DuHadway, LCSW and I’m the owner of Purple Sky Counseling in Heber City, UT. We have an amazing group of therapists and we’re looking for 1-2 additional therapists to join our team. We specialize in trauma, mental illness, women’s issues, attachment and children/teens.
We are looking for someone that is passionate about being a therapist and is ready to support their clients through change and healing!
We are seeking either a fully licensed therapist or a therapist working towards licensure to join our team.
YOUR QUALIFICATIONS:
Licensed or in the process of getting licensed by the State of Utah to provide counseling services. You must be in good standing.
Ability to work independently and within a team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Computer proficiency.
Experience & training with EMDR, addictions, teens, kids are preferred; other modalities also recommended.
Spanish fluency preferred.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Minimum Master’s Degree in counseling, psychology, social work or a related field. Seeking a fully licensed therapist or a therapist working towards licensure to join our team. Can currently provide supervision for CSW and CMHC.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Providing individual, family, and/or couples therapy.
Managing your schedule and waitlist.
Proficiency in clinical assessment, diagnosis, and creating treatment plans and supporting clients towards treatment plan goals.
Participate in monthly staff meetings.
Maintain all requirements for clinical notes, assessments and billing.
Comply with HIPAA/confidentiality.
Maintain professional credentials/licensure and licensing requirements.
Provide trauma informed counseling, including trauma based modalities and other modalities as appropriate.

Salary based on level of licensure and experience.
