Hi! I am Cassidy. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and the CEO of Purple Sky Counseling. I am passionate about helping women learn to love themselves fully and live their genuine and authentic life. I specialize in trauma, attachment, and women’s issues, aka anxiety and not enoughness.

I am really good at helping you get through all the crap on top and figuring out what is going on underneath. I help you understand it and explore it, then move through your healing journey to fully accept yourself.

I am fully certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing(EMDR) and am a member of EMDRIA and the Utah Association for Play Therapy. She is also currently training other therapists in EMDR, Attachment and Trauma. Click here to learn more.

I’m Morgan Oliver. I’m a Certified Social worker. I LOVE working with people and helping them with their mental health. I am able to understand and hear your story with compassion and provide the tools needed to navigate your current needs. I help you find your own path and find your joy.

I have experience working with trauma and children, with parents and the family system. I understand the complexities of individuals and families. I am skilled in working with neurodiversity and working towards being an EMDR therapist and working with Trauma.

I am so excited to work with you here at Purple Sky Counseling. I graduated with a Master’s in Social Work from Utah Valley University.

HI! I’m Rich Brand. I empower individuals to find and be their best selves. I believe humans are resilient and powerful. I know they can work through the beliefs and behaviors that are holding them back.  I am great at helping individuals learn the tools amd skills needed to connect with themselves and others.

I believe that the key to overcoming substance use and mental health is to address past stresses and potential traumas, become engaged in the present with mindfulness, practice positive thinking and referring to medication management when necessary. I utilize evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Theory (ACT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) with a person-centered approach. I guide clients to invest in their vision of the future by establishing SMART Goals that magnify their own values.

I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Utah focusing on Experiential Education and completed my Master’s Degree at Prescott College with a focus on Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have three boys that are the focus of my time outside of work. I also enjoy travel and many outdoor activities including hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and camping.

Meet Jane

I value connecting with clients and building meaningful working relationships. I love to laugh and make therapy enjoyable. I strive to be the kind of therapist clients look forward to seeing each appointment.  

Throughout my career I have helped clients navigate a myriad of challenges and life transitions including depression, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, domestic violence, life transitions, and coping with family members with complex medical and/or mental health conditions. I work with clients of all ages as well as individuals, couples and families.

I graduated from Utah State University with a Master’s Degree in Social Work. I value utilizing evidence-based-practices and am continually working to learn more. I am trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and am working on becoming certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR). 

Coming to therapy can be daunting, especially for the first time. I work hard to make sure my clients feel heard and are not wasting their time. After assessing clients’ needs, I work with them to create a specific plan and I maintain transparency throughout the process.I want to work as a team to make therapy effective and fulfilling.

I’m a Filipino-American engineer-turned-psychotherapist who has worked extensively with diverse groups of people. I’ve seen firsthand how trauma, depression, anxiety, and other challenges can impact our lives. But I’ve also seen how healing is possible.

I specialize in trauma and professional clinical counseling and have worked extensively with teens and adults. I received a Masters in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University in Los Angeles, CA. Additionally, I hold certification as a 500-Clinical Yoga Practitioner and am EMDR Trained. I love working with individuals who feel stuck while experiencing challenges related to past trauma, relationships, profession, gender, sexual identity, racial identity, and/or life transitions. My work draws from trauma-informed practices, somatic interventions, and Narrative Therapy. 

Outside of work, I love to spend time with my family, especially my son and my two rescue dogs, travel, practice yoga, hike and ski.

I am passionate about supporting clients who yearn for knowledge and a deeper understanding of life and our world. I have a special interest in relational trauma, intimate partner violence, and life transitions. I also believe in the healing power of incorporating sports and recreational activities into therapy. I received my education from the University of Utah and have advanced training in EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Motivational Interviewing.
