“It takes courage to realize that your life is not where you would like it to be and to reach out. Whether you’re struggling to adjust to new life situations or feeling like you’re in crisis, together we can navigate through the hardship and bring balance to your life.”

Hello. I am Brenna Schaffer. I am excited to work with you and find solutions that will work for you, right now. I am ready to help you move forward so you don’t stay stuck in negative patterns and cycles. I am supportive through your painful emotions, feelings and experiences and am passionate about empowering you to navigate your own path toward strength and healing.

Are you ready to open up, dig in and really get down to business? Is it time to get unstuck and move forward? I truly care about your well-being and am ready to help you gain a deeper understanding of yourself, learn how to be your own best friend and live a more fulfilling life.

From the time I was a young teenager I was the one everyone came to with their struggles and truly felt an innate calling to help others. Through my own experiences, emotional struggles and growth, I became determined to help others heal, love themselves in the process and enjoy their lives. Suffering is painful and I am extremely passionate about helping those suffering reach the other side. I love seeing the transformation that occurs when you get through the suffering, start smiling again and begin liking yourself.

I have extensive experience in eating disorders and women’s issues. I also specialize in depression, anxiety, life transitions, and other life challenges. I would be honored to help guide you in this process in a safe and supportive environment.

When not in the office I am hanging with my family: 3 boys, my hubby and our dog. I love to hike, spend time in nature, meditate, camp, backpack, Nordic ski, run, bake and cook, read, and drink good coffee. I value my close friendships with my girlfriends and all the belly laughs and tears that come with it.
